Enjoy Flavor Threads
Variety is the spices of life and so is spices! Whether it’s an Italian blend (olive oil, tomato, basil, oregano) or an Asian sauce (soy, rice, wine, ginger) or curry mix (turmeric, coriander, cumin, cinnamon) or a Greek Mediterranean, Caribbean, Latin, or any other flavors combination taste mixtures can be even more powerful than individual flavors.  I call these flavor thread, and they are basic to my program of nutritional training.
You can start using them right now to introduce your baby to the flavors you love. Later, when you child enjoys a particular flavors thread, you can use it to give a familiar taste to new foods you want to introduce to your Child
Using Flavor Threads: Choose at least one flavor threads that is very, very simple the easiest one I know (and one on my favorites) is olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. You can toss all sorts of cut up vegetables onion, pepper, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, whole green beans in this (or any other) mixture, and cook them as you like

If you don’t have time to cook, warm up a premade sauce or a seasoning packet so you and your baby can just enjoy the smell together. Later, you can use it with leftovers such as grilled veggies, or pasta for a simple meal to reinforce the experience
